Your information, handled with care.
This page explains what information victorychurchraleigh.com collects, why, and what we do with it. Last updated October 6, 2026.
What you share with us
When you fill out a form on this site (a Connect Card, I Made a Decision, Plan Your Visit, or a Serve Team application), you give us details like your name, email, phone number, and anything you choose to write. Those forms are run by Subsplash, our church management provider, and what you enter goes to our staff through Subsplash.
Prayer requests and the chat assistant on this site are run by Ruach. Online giving is processed by Subsplash; we never see or store your full card or bank details.
What is collected automatically
Like most websites, this site uses Google Tag Manager and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. They use cookies and similar technology to tell us which pages are visited and how people find us, and to help our Facebook and Instagram posts reach people in Raleigh who may be looking for a church. Videos from YouTube and maps from Google may also set their own cookies when they load.
How we use it
We use what you share to follow up with you, plan for your visit, care for you, process your gifts, and keep you informed about church life. We use site statistics to improve this website and our outreach. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Google account settings. To see, correct, or delete the information you have given us, or to stop hearing from us, email info@victorychurch.nu or call (919) 779-5180.
Children
This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online. Victory Kids check-in on Sunday mornings happens in person, at our check-in kiosks.
