Jesus commanded us to go into the world and make disciples, and that is what our vision is all about. We are passionate about spiritual growth, and everything that we do stems from that.
It's a lifestyle. We keep ourselves healthy by prioritizing daily encounters with God — staying in the Word, living a lifestyle of prayer, and pursuing purity. It also means loving our families well and taking care of our physical bodies.

It's not optional. We maintain unity in the body by walking in love and forgiveness with others, by believing the best of others, and by honoring the gifts that God has given them.

No strings attached. We don't give to get. We give with pure motives of our time, resources, and abilities from a place of love for God and obedience to His Word.

I go last. We make servanthood a lifestyle, following the example of Jesus, in that He came not to be served but to serve others.

Give your best. We represent the Lord by doing the best we can with what we have, trusting that He will take care of the rest. When we improve in excellence, we honor God.

All I have is Yours. We manage the Father's resources for the Father's business. The things we've been given have been entrusted to us by God — it will never be mine, it will always be Yours.

Live the vision. We help people become who God created them to be by equipping and empowering them to do the things God has called them to do. We trade empowerment for humility and teachability.

Keep it real. We all learn through real relationships that are open and honest. We lead by being vulnerable and transparent, humbly striving to always "speak the truth in love" with nothing hidden.

See it through. God uses faithfulness. We show up for others in the face of inconvenience, we never grow weary in well-doing, and we always look for ways to do good — just like Jesus.

Slow down. Communication brings our hearts and minds into unity and protects us from confusion and false assumptions. We slow down and communicate clearly today so we can move faster tomorrow.

We desire to be in rightstanding with God, even at the risk of being rejected by the culture. We maintain awareness of what's happening around us, but we aren't moved by it. Heaven is our standard, not relevance to culture.

Our gifts and talents may get us in the room, but our character is what keeps us there. We desire fruit that remains, so we willingly submit ourselves to His process of pruning.

Mountaintop experiences with God are important and powerful, but we seek to live a lifestyle of prioritizing daily encounters with God, with our focus on Him and not on how we feel.

We are obsessed with hearing and obeying the Word of God at all costs. We seek His face daily, and do exactly as He says — no more out of pride, no less out of fear.

We celebrate and encourage biblically sound diversity — a culture of people from all walks of life, unified in the Word of God, using their unique giftings to expand His Kingdom.

We serve the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob — a God who values generational discipleship. We need those who have gone before us, and we need to disciple those who will come after us.

We recognize and live in the authority God has given us in Christ — taking ownership in our personal lives, our family, our community, and our nation through prayer and discipleship.

Out of love for God, we're committed to daily encounters with the Lord through His Word. Our love for God develops our character, our calling, and our closeness with Him — we can't effectively disciple others in this if we ourselves aren't living it.
We're motivated to serve and lead others out of a love for them — not a desire to be seen as a leader. Our love for them comes from the Lord through intercession, and we desire to be as passionate about them as He is.
Everything we do, we do for the Lord — and so we do it out of honor, not perfectionism. We do the best we have with what He's given us, because we want to go above and beyond for the One who went above and beyond for us.
We're committed to maintaining a joyful attitude in all that we do. We have the ability to change the atmosphere of any room we walk into, so we choose to spread the joy Jesus has given us — even on the days it seems difficult.
