The Victory Serve Team is the heartbeat of ministry at Victory Church. Every week, faithful men and women step forward to give their time, energy, and gifts so that others can encounter Jesus and experience the love of God.
What happens at Victory doesn't happen by accident — it happens because of a community of people willing to serve. From Children's Ministry to the Parking Lot team, each role plays a vital part in creating an environment where people can grow, belong, and take their next step in their relationship with Christ.
Before you join a team, we ask everyone to go through Victory Pathway first. It's how we live out one of our core values — Empowerment: we help people become who God created them to be by equipping and empowering them to do the things God has called them to do. We trade empowerment for humility and teachability.
We always prioritize character over gifting. No matter how skilled or talented someone may be, we will never value their gift above their spiritual health. Our goal isn't to use people for what they can do, but to disciple them into who God has called them to become.
