Victory Pathway is a 3-part course centered on what discipleship looks like at Victory — our vision, the everyday rhythms of following Jesus, and how you're uniquely wired to live it out.
One of our core values is Empowerment: we help people become who God created them to be by equipping and empowering them to do the things God has called them to do. But that empowerment always comes paired with humility and teachability — we trade one for the other.
Victory Pathway is how that plays out in practice. Before you're empowered to serve on a team, we want to walk with you first — so that when you do step onto a team, you're equipped, connected, and serving from a healthy place.
Each session builds on the one before it, so we ask you to take them in order.
We introduce the vision that drives everything at Victory: helping people become who God created them to be. You'll walk through what it means to be a disciple, our four drivers as a church — Righteousness Over Relevance, Character Over Gifting, Lifestyle Over Emotions, and Obedience Over Sacrifice — and the four commitments every disciple grows through: knowing God's Word, building relationships, discovering your gifts, and sharing Jesus with others.
We dig into what it looks like to love God and love people well — daily time in God's Word and prayer, honoring the tithe, submitting to healthy spiritual leadership, forgiving others, and building real relationships within the church family.
We cover what it means to pursue excellence and choose joy as you serve, then help you discover how God has wired you through a DISC personality assessment and a spiritual gifts assessment — so you land on the team that actually fits you.
As you complete Victory Pathway, church membership is part of the journey. Membership isn't like joining an exclusive club — it simply means you're choosing to partner with what God is doing here. It means committing to be part of a church family where you can grow spiritually, be encouraged, and live under the spiritual covering of our leadership.
